I like the texture you added for the background. When you zoom in to look at the full view, there is a strange contrast between the head and the background. The head seems almost blurry compared to the clean cut background. It's almost as if the head is jumping at my face.
The head design is evil!!! I like the eyes! Is that an eye on his forhead? I feel like poking it o_o
I think certain areas could have used more "sharp" edges. It's hard to explain like this without showing you what I mean... um... like the edge between the eyeball and the eyelid could use a sharp edge. Right now it seems a bit smudged. I thinkt he smudged effect can be dealt with by adding these little sharp details here and there.
*sigh* I wish I could create creatures like that. I'm pretty horrible when it comes to horror dammit DX
